TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
By commissioning me, you are accepting the following
For the client:
The client may pay 50% up front and the rest before the final piece OR can provide full payment as well
Clients may ask for a maximum of 3 WIP reviews with a watermark
Clients may use the commission for Comercial Use, EXCLUDING the following: merch, ads, print.
Clients MUST NOT use the commission for NFTs/AI
Clients may suggest a few changes during the WIP reviews but any major changes, will cost an EXTRA 10%, up to 20% of the full price.
Clients may cancel their commissions anytime, but there will be NO REFUNDS if WIPs have been delivered
If I cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances you can ask for a full refund
The client may use the art as reference for other artist to use but MUST ALWAYS ask for permission first
I will NOT accept references generated for Ai
Clients MUST NOT re-sell the artwork in any way shape or form

For me:
I reserve the right to decline any commissions if I feel uncomfortable or the request doesn't meet my requirements
I hold the right to use the commissions for personal use included, but not limited to: Portfolios, Samples, etc.
The turnaround for General Comms may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on it's complexity
The turnaround for V-tuber Comms may take up to a month or two depending on it's complexity
